The NIL Prep Kit was developed by Dr. Scott Grant of Triple Threat Leadership, LLC / www.NIL-Education.com

Dr. Grant is a former High School Athletic Director / Coach / School Board Member, and currently teaches educational leadership and policy at the University of Findlay.

Additionally, he worked at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill as the Director of Operations, Outreach, and Leadership Development during the onset of Name, Image, & Likeness, and has dedicated his focus to helping people understand NIL for High School student athletes.
